01 / OVERVIEW
The VALIANT VP3K combines a diesel generating system, four LED lights and a hydraulic mast on a single-axle trailer. It provides mobile lighting for temporary work areas without a fixed power supply. Each light is rated at 250W, giving a total lighting power of 1000W. Perkins, Kubota, Yanmar or FAW engines are available, with 50Hz or 60Hz generating configurations selected to suit project electrical requirements.
02 / FEATURES
A diesel engine drives an alternator to power the LED lights, allowing deployment at locations without a fixed power supply. The engine brand and generating configuration can be selected for the project.
Four 250W LED lights provide 1000W of total lighting power, with a stated efficacy of 180lm/W. The mast offers 360° rotation to direct illumination towards the working area.
Hydraulic operation raises and lowers the mast. Heights of 7.5m (≈24.6 ft) and 9m (≈29.5 ft) are listed; confirm availability if a 6m (≈19.7 ft) version is required. Select the height according to the layout, target illuminance and transport conditions.
A single axle, 15-inch tyres and rims, an A-frame drawbar and four manual stabilisers support towing and stationary deployment. Choose a 50mm ball hitch or 70mm ring according to destination requirements.

05 / POWER & INTEGRATION
The diesel engine drives an alternator to convert fuel energy into electricity for the LED lighting system. The alternator has a four-pole, single-bearing design, with single-phase or three-phase and 50Hz or 60Hz configurations available to suit requirements. The listed alternator model is Meccalte LT3N-75/4. The hydraulic system raises the lights to the required height. Runtime must be confirmed from tank capacity, actual load and fuel consumption.
06 / PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
Measured site performance curves and a project-specific autonomy calculation are not included in the supplied materials. Runtime depends on local sunlight, usable storage, loads and losses.
07 / APPLICATIONS
Suitable for temporary lighting at construction sites, mining sites, squares and airports, including night construction and maintenance work. The trailer can be repositioned as work areas change, while mast height and rotation help adjust the light position and direction. Actual coverage depends on the light arrangement, mast height and target illuminance.
08 / SELECTION
Provide the project location, lighting area, target illuminance, daily operating hours, preferred engine brand and electrical requirements to select the mast, generating configuration and hitch. Total lighting power is 1kW; confirm generator rated output and capacity for additional loads separately.
09 / PACKING, DELIVERY & SERVICE
Custom colours are available. Confirm packing, loading quantity, lead time, warranty scope and spare-parts support against the final configuration and order agreement. Before towing or operation, check local towing requirements and follow the equipment instructions for stabiliser deployment, positioning and wind conditions.
10 / FAQ
Four 250W LED lights give a total of 1000W, or 1kW. This value does not represent the rated generator output.
Choose Perkins, Kubota, Yanmar or FAW. Hydraulic mast heights of 7.5m (≈24.6 ft) and 9m (≈29.5 ft) are listed; confirm the 6m (≈19.7 ft) option.
Runtime depends on tank capacity, engine configuration and actual load. Calculate it using fuel-consumption data for the final configuration.
11 / DOCUMENTATION
A downloadable technical edition is pending document review. Request the configuration, drawings and applicable documentation; the private source originals are not public downloads.
Company certificate scans and verified customer-project evidence are pending. No certification badge or customer outcome is inferred from these equipment images.
