01 / OVERVIEW
The VALIANT VTDS combines a diesel generating system, five LED lights and a hydraulic mast on a compact skid base. It provides lighting for temporary work areas without a fixed power supply. Total lighting power is 1750W, with a stated total luminous flux of 280,000lm. Perkins, Kubota, Yanmar or Hatz engines are available. Optional 5kWh or 10kWh lithium storage provides a diesel and battery configuration.
02 / FEATURES
A diesel engine and efficient alternator supply electrical power, with a lithium battery pack available as an option. Confirm the engine model, cooling method and storage control strategy for the selected configuration.
Five 350W LED lights provide 1750W (1.75kW) of lighting power. Adjustable light tilt and 355° electric mast rotation help direct illumination towards the working area.
Hydraulic operation raises the lights to a working height of 8m (≈26.2 ft). The stated wind rating is 120km/h; actual operating conditions must follow the final configuration, support arrangement and equipment instructions.
The skid structure has jack supports, with no drawbar or tow hitch. Its compact layout supports transport and site installation. Plan relocation according to site conditions and the transport equipment available.

05 / POWER & INTEGRATION
The diesel engine drives an alternator to generate electricity for the lights. Adding the optional lithium battery pack creates a diesel and storage system. Confirm battery charging, engine start and stop, and power switching against the final control configuration. Tank capacity is 70L, with a stated runtime of 50 hours at 100% load. Actual runtime, noise and fuel consumption vary with configuration and operating conditions.
06 / PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
Measured site performance curves and a project-specific autonomy calculation are not included in the supplied materials. Runtime depends on local sunlight, usable storage, loads and losses.
07 / APPLICATIONS
Suitable for lighting construction sites, mines, stadiums and outdoor public events at night or in low visibility, including temporary construction and maintenance work. The 8m (≈26.2 ft) mast, adjustable light tilt and electric rotation help position the lighting. Actual coverage depends on target illuminance, light angles, mounting height and site obstructions.
08 / SELECTION
Provide the project location, lighting area, target illuminance, daily operating hours, engine preference and storage requirements. The 1750W value is lighting power; confirm generator rated output, electrical specifications and capacity for external loads separately.
09 / PACKING, DELIVERY & SERVICE
The reference loading quantity is 20 units per 40ft container, subject to dimensions, configuration and loading plan. Agree packing, lead time, warranty and spare-parts support with the order. Check ground bearing capacity, jack supports and wind conditions before operation.
10 / FAQ
Five 350W LED lights total 1750W (1.75kW), with a stated total luminous flux of 280,000lm. Luminous flux is not the same as ground-level illuminance.
Lithium storage is optional, in 5kWh or 10kWh capacities. Confirm usable capacity, battery-only lighting runtime and control functions.
The 70L tank has a stated runtime of 50 hours at 100% load. Actual runtime depends on the engine, load and use of storage.
