01 / OVERVIEW
The VALIANT VTS12P ESS integrates solar generation, lithium battery storage, inverters and a diesel generator in a mobile unit for sites with limited mains access. Twelve 450 W panels provide a 5.4 kW solar array, supported by 51.2 kWh of battery storage and a 35 kVA backup generator. The system allows supply planning around local sunlight and site loads, with a mobile format for relocation between projects.
02 / FEATURES
A Victron 150/60 MPPT controller manages solar charging. Ten AK-B-LV-EH5.0 modules form a 51.2 V battery pack with a stated maximum capacity of 51.2 kWh, allowing daytime generation to support later consumption.
Three Victron Quattro inverters form part of the 30 kVA rated system. A 35 kVA, 400 V, 50 Hz generator with a liquid-cooled Hatz 4H50TICD engine provides a backup source for the site power plan when solar energy or stored energy is limited.
The unit weighs 4000 kg and measures 4015×2200×2750 mm (4.015 × 2.2 × 2.75 m; ≈13.17 × 7.22 × 9.02 ft) with the tongue folded and mast retracted; width includes fenders. Confirm transport, handling, towing compatibility and positioning for each project.

Confirm line/phase voltages, connectors and wiring against the project technical proposal. A photograph does not replace the electrical drawing.

Check access, ventilation, handling and the space available for positioning.

Source-provided ratings apply under their stated conditions. Confirm the final equipment, operating limits and order terms. Battery alternatives are options, not combined capacity.
05 / POWER & INTEGRATION
Solar panels supply DC electricity through the MPPT controller to charge the batteries. Inverters convert stored energy into AC power for connected loads, while the diesel generator provides a backup source within the agreed system design. Confirm ground conditions, panel clearance, ventilation and earthing before qualified personnel connect the unit. Round-the-clock operation depends on demand, sunlight, usable storage and fuel availability; confirm switching and control functions in the project configuration.
06 / PERFORMANCE CONDITIONS
Measured site performance curves and a project-specific autonomy calculation are not included in the supplied materials. Runtime depends on local sunlight, usable storage, loads and losses, plus backup fuel availability.
07 / APPLICATIONS
Potential uses include construction sites, remote work areas, temporary events, emergency power and off-grid projects. Check load voltage, phase arrangement, continuous demand, starting current and daily energy consumption before selection. Electrical interfaces and environmental suitability must match the intended equipment and site.
08 / SELECTION
Battery: 0 to 65 °C. MPPT: -30 to +60 °C, full output up to 40 °C; IP43 electronics / IP22 connections. Confirm whole-unit environmental limits and cycle-life conditions. Provide the load list, operating schedule and local sunlight.
09 / PACKING, DELIVERY & SERVICE
Reference loading is four units per 40 ft container; confirm the loading and securing plan. Agree lead time, packing, transport, warranty, commissioning support and destination compliance. The quotation and order define the final configuration.

Handling photographs illustrate the company’s operations. Confirm packing and loading for the selected model and order.
10 / FAQ
No. Active power depends on power factor, temperature and system configuration.
Calculate from usable capacity, demand and losses; 51.2 kWh does not specify a fixed runtime.
The data list 400 V three-phase input and 230 V three-phase output. Confirm line/phase voltages and socket wiring.
